At a gala evening last Thursday, the Block House restaurant operation could celebrate the receipt of three awards for customer delight as a brand, price and product champion.  The ServiceValue analysis company had chosen the best Champions in Germany in cooperation with the daily paper DIE WELT. The decisive criterion for the prizes was the companies’ ability to generate customer delight. Stephan von Bülow, Chairman of the Block Group Executive Board, travelled to the presentation of the awards. “We are very proud,” he said, “that Block House has received three awards for customer satisfaction. We thank our employees, who play a large part in ensuring that our guests are satisfied. These awards are a great incentive for us to make sure that our guests feel totally comfortable with us in future, too.”
